Your base salary is for your lead-generation and “admin work.”

HOW?
Mondays and Fridays — work from home, strictly through our CRM.
You hunt 50+ leads and nurture all open deals, each day.
Tuesdays, Wednesdays and Thursdays — you’re on the road, visiting 15+ companies each day.
Targeting 50 property management companies that manage condos, weekly.
HOW MUCH?
Average first-year OTE is $125-150K, all in uncapped and upfront-paid commissions.
Good first-year OTE is $150-200K; great is $200K+ (doable, not a sold pipe-dream).
Different tiers for different hunger — but we explain all in real life examples, if you make the 2nd interview.
