About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated Marketing Manager to join an innovative and dynamic team within the fragrance industry. In this role, you will play a critical part in conducting market research, developing creative marketing strategies, and crafting compelling presentations to attract new business and support existing clients. This is an exciting opportunity to work cross-functionally with internal teams and contribute to the growth and positioning of the brand in the market.

Key Responsibilities

  • Execute daily delivery of creative briefs, marketing presentations, and concepts, integrating market research, visual elements, and storytelling.
  • Monitor new product launches, market trends, and brand developments, translating insights into impactful presentations.
  • Analyze market trends and consumer insights to identify growth opportunities across various categories.
  • Conduct in-depth market and consumer research to develop comprehensive studies supporting strategic decisions.
  • Identify customer opportunities through white space and competitive analysis, proposing tailored solutions.
  • Collaborate with evaluation and perfumery teams to create engaging fragrance storytelling and marketing concepts.
  • Develop proactive and reactive fragrance collections using creative tools and sensorial presentation techniques.
  • Partner with sales to strengthen client relationships and deliver insightful fragrance solutions aligned with client strategies.
  • Work with global marketing teams to adapt marketing tools and presentations for local market needs.
  • Accompany sales in client-facing meetings to present strategies and insights, both virtually and in-person (some travel required).
  • Mentor and guide junior marketing team members and interns.
  • Perform additional duties as assigned to support the marketing team and company goals.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s Degree in Marketing or a related field.
  • 3-5 years of marketing experience, preferably in the beauty or fragrance industry.
  • Strong organizational skills with the ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines.
  • Excellent verbal, written, and interpersonal communication skills.
  • Proficiency in creative writing with attention to grammar and storytelling.
  • Strong research and analytical skills for market trend analysis.
  • Highly creative, intuitive, and passionate about the fragrance industry.
  • Excellent presentation skills, with the ability to create visually impactful content.
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively across diverse teams.
  • Detail-oriented, adaptable, and comfortable in a fast-paced environment.
