TITLE : Sales and Marketing Coordinator
LOCATION : Indianapolis, IN or Vero Beach, FL
REPORTS TO : Director of Business Development and Marketing
Summary :
Provides support to the sales and marketing team by coordinating and implementing marketing communication projects. Projects can include trade shows, special event management, and other marketing-related tasks as needed. This role will also support sales efforts through targeting, research, and CRM management. Responsibilities can include updating sales reports, and overseeing the overall management of the CRM system to ensure accurate and timely information is available to drive business decisions.
Key Accountabilities (results expected to be achieved) :
Achieve Core Division revenue goals.
Key Responsibilities (tasks that you do to achieve the accountabilities) :
Support Director of Business Development & Marketing along with Core Division Sales Team with sales and marketing initiatives.
Support the business by serving as liaison between the Sales Team and internal departments such as Account Management and Project Management to meet customer and internal goals.
Support implementation of annual marketing plans.
Research current and potential customers and targets to identify opportunities.
Provide analytical support for the sales team as needed.
Monitor retail industry trends and share information with the sales team.
Conduct quote follow-up for all national retail customers.
Support coordination of sales materials for sales calls, tradeshows, customer visits, etc.
Create and manage LinkedIn content to drive brand awareness and engagement.
Support website maintenance including updates and general administration.
Coordinate logistics for trade shows and sales meetings.
Create, maintain and distribute sales wins, backlog, reason code metrics, pipeline report, NPS scores and other reports.
Manage, maintain and lead upgrades of CRM which includes working directly with the IT team
Ensure CRM processes and procedures are defined and followed by all participants.
Develop reports as necessary to support sales and marketing efforts.
Requirements :
A Bachelor's Degree in Communications, Marketing, Public Relations, or a closely related field is preferred. Equivalent experience may be considered.
Direct experience with CRM
Direct experience with ERP's.

Strong customer relationship management skills.
A team player who works in collaboration with the company as well as customers.
Competent in Microsoft Word, Excel, Outlook, and PowerPoint, and strong written and verbal communication skills.
Ability to travel approximately 20% within the United States on a regular basis which may include overnight and / or weekend travel.
