Reporting into the Senior Director, Consumer Marketing, the Associate Director of Digital Marketing is responsible for developing and executing digital marketing strategies to promote and enhance the brand's online presence. This position requires a deep understanding of the pharmaceutical industry, digital media and marketing trends, social media platforms and ability to interpret and leverage reporting analytics insights.
Responsibilities
- Develop and implement comprehensive consumer digital marketing strategies aligned with overall brand objectives.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate digital initiatives into broader marketing campaigns.
- Oversee and manage all social media channels, ensuring a consistent and engaging online presence.
- Create and execute social media campaigns to drive brand awareness, engagement, and lead generation.
- Develop and curate high-quality digital content for various platforms, adhering to regulatory guidelines in the pharmaceutical industry.
- Coordinate with internal teams and external agencies to ensure content is aligned with brand messaging.
- Utilize analytics tools to track and analyze the performance of digital marketing campaigns.
- Provide regular reports and insights to optimize strategies and improve ROI.
- Ensure all digital and social media activities comply with industry regulations and company policies.
- Collaborate with legal and regulatory teams to review and approve digital content.
