Workflow Automation Specialist

Primary Duties and Responsibilities :

The teammate will be responsible for designing, implementing, and maintaining automated workflows, as well as generating reports to support business operations. This role requires a strong background in workflow automation and process improvement. In addition, excellent communication skills are required to interact with various internal departments and understand their processes.

Essential Functions :

• Workflow Automation : Design, develop, and implement automated workflows to streamline business processes and improve efficiency. Test and evaluate the compatibility and integration of new systems with existing infrastructure, networks, and applications.
• Process Analysis : Collaborate with internal departments to understand their processes and identify opportunities for automation and improvement.
• Reporting : Generate and maintain reports to provide insights into business operations and support decision-making.
• Documentation : Create and maintain comprehensive documentation for automated workflows, processes, and reports.
• Training and Support : Provide training and support to end-users on automated workflows and reporting tools.
• May serve as liaison between business units and the technology department to ensure that requirements are understood and solutions align with business objectives.
