  • Sets enterprise SEO, SEM, and paid media strategies, defining channel mix, investment priorities, and performance standards.
  • Oversees execution of digital and paid programs in partnership with internal teams and external agencies.
  • Establishes enterprise content strategy and governance, including templates, standards, and branded assets.
  • Provides strategic direction and quality oversight for creative production across campaigns, presentations, events, and marketing materials.
  • Oversees integrated, multi-channel campaigns aligned with sales, demand generation, and account-based marketing strategies.
  • Partners across Corporate Affairs to ensure alignment between brand, earned media, social, and internal communications.
  • Leads corporate tradeshow and event marketing strategy, including presence, design, creative assets, and supporting materials.
  • Ensures events advance enterprise positioning, thought leadership, and commercial objectives.
  • Supports and oversees enterprise marketing technology platforms and vendor relationships.
  • Establishes and maintains analytics and reporting frameworks to measure brand, engagement, demand, and campaign effectiveness.
  • Leads market research and competitive intelligence initiatives to inform strategy.
  • Manages assigned marketing communications budget, monitors spend, analyzes variances, and optimizes resource allocation.
  • Interacts effectively with internal and external stakeholders to ensure alignment and execution across workstreams.
  • Leads enterprise-wide marketing initiatives and cross-functional projects as assigned.
  • Other duties as assigned.
  • Occasional travel required.

  • Leads, coaches, and develops a high-performing team across marketing, design, and digital disciplines.
  • Establishes KPIs aligned with corporate marketing and Corporate Affairs strategies.
  • Oversees people management activities on the corporate marketing team, including hiring, onboarding, performance management, development, succession planning, and recognition.
