Position Summary :
The Marketing Communications Specialist role is a key contributor to the Corporate Marketing Communications department based at Amkor's headquarters in Tempe, AZ. Support and execute various projects, both internal and external.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities :
- Support corporate communications projects as directed by management, including implementation of corporate initiatives and campaign launches
- Support maintenance of technical documents using InDesign, Illustrator & Photoshop
- Act as brand voice and support the production of marketing copy
- PowerPoint presentation management and support presentation builds - become "expert resource" for review and editing of sales / product group presentations
- Support annual review, proof and route MarCom projects to appropriate divisions, securing input as schedule requires; track and route abstracts, papers and presentations for approvals from legal, technical editor and peer reviewers
- Create internal and external video presentations with Camtasia, SnagIt and Lumen 5
- Distribute newly created material to corporate and sales staff; update MarCom pages on Intranet and external web site
- Respond to customer inquiries received via email and social media
- Support and manage requests for awards and recognitions from Amkor teams
- Support business card order processing, artwork and distribution
- Perform specialty item research and coordination; maintain and distribute literature catalog
- Provide support for ongoing tradeshow, technical conference and customer / sales event activities
- Support administrative tasks including logging and tracking of MarCom purchase requisitions through billing and project completion and digital asset management
