Key Responsibilities

Lead Generation : Collaborate with media vendors and agencies to place advertisements across all channels, ensuring lead targets are met by market and service type. Analyze and optimize channels and tactics using a data-driven approach. Stay informed of digital marketing trends and new channels. Provide insights and reporting to the VP and other marketing teams to guide upcoming campaigns and priorities.

Budget Management : Develop, monitor, and optimize the advertising budget for maximum effectiveness. Partner with the operations and finance teams in the annual budget planning process. Ensure timely and accurate invoice processing for paid media and related tools.

Event & Brand Ambassador Program Management : Oversee the Events Manager and Brand Ambassador program to ensure strategic attendance at key trade shows and events. Collaborate with the creative team to elevate the brand's presence at these events through booth design, promotional materials, and lead generation via Salesforce CRM.

Lifecycle Campaigns : Develop and manage lifecycle campaigns that move prospects through the sales funnel, converting them into customers and turning them into advocates through email, text, and social media. Utilize marketing automation software to create segmented audiences and personalized customer journeys.

Qualifications

Experience : A minimum of 5 years of experience in developing lead generation campaigns across digital, print, broadcast, and events, with a proven track record of managing multi-million-dollar advertising budgets. At least 2 years of experience leading a marketing team focused on lead generation, with the ability to inspire and hold a team accountable for achieving goals. Prior experience as a Paid Media Manager, Acquisition Marketing Manager, Demand Generation Manager, or Digital Marketing Manager is highly preferred.

Skills & Abilities : Strong analytical capabilities, with the ability to leverage data to assess program performance and present executive-level reports. Excellent organizational and prioritization skills, with the ability to manage multiple priorities effectively. Superior communication and presentation skills, with a focus on meeting lead generation goals on time and within budget. Collaborative and team-oriented, with the ability to work cross-functionally and foster team success.
