About the Role

The Marketing and Communications Specialist plays a key role in elevating the organizations brand and voice through impactful internal and external communications. This position ensures consistency across platforms while supporting marketing initiatives and fostering engagement with members, agents, and employees.

Who We Are Looking For

We are seeking a creative and detail?oriented communicator who thrives in a fast?paced environment. The ideal candidate will be passionate about crafting clear, compelling messages and collaborating across teams to deliver high?quality marketing and communication materials.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and update marketing collateral and member / customer communications.
• Draft and distribute agent emails and quarterly sales newsletters.
• Coordinate employee communications, including newsletters and intranet updates.
• Manage social media channels and website content, ensuring consistent messaging.
• Maintain communication calendars, dashboards, and performance metrics.
• Support general marketing tasks, including purchase orders and mailroom coordination.
