Set-up, manage, and participate in Franchise marketing and community involvement events. Perform general marketing duties, such as drafting correspondence, filing, and creating reports / newsletters.Responsibilities : Provide sales route administration and database managementAssist with Emergency Ready Program (ERP) file completion and database managementProvide marketing administration including referral source follow-upAssist / Maintain Franchise web and social media sitesConduct Center of Influence (COI), facility and key accounts researchMaintain key account target list and provide researchProvide brand and marketing coordination, including advertisement placement and trackingProvide newsletters and e-blast coordinationCoordinate all public relations programs and eventsMeet crucial deadlinesMaintain sales materials along with office suppliesQualifications : 2+ years experience with sales and marketing supportSuperb customer service, administrative, and verbal and written communication skillsExperience in the commercial cleaning and restoration or insurance industry is desiredWorking knowledge of current business software technologies is requiredAbility to remain calm and professional during tense or stressful situationsExcellent organizational skills and strong attention to detailVery self-motivated and goal-orientedAssociate's or Bachelor's degree in marketing or business or equivalent experienceAbility to successfully complete a background check subject to applicable lawAll employees of a SERVPRO® Franchise are hired by, employed by, and under the sole supervision and control of an independently owned and operated SERVPRO® Franchise.
