We are looking for a fully remote Testing Coordinator for a client in the Railcar Manufacturing industry. As the Testing Coordinator, the focus for this consultant is to assist with the clients D365-centric Finance Transformation initiatives by helping lead and coordinate a testing effort for a consolidated finance workstream this consists of several smaller projects. The Testing Coordinator is responsible for designing, developing, and supervising the testing activities of a company's products or services. They ensure that the testing activities are performed in accordance with the company's standards, policies, and procedures. They are familiar with the use of personas in an agile development environment and capable of structuring and leading end-to-end testing scenarios.

Responsibilities Include :

Identify and document defects and issues.

Work with developers to resolve defects.

Ensure all testing activities are completed on time and within budget.

Collaborate with project managers, business analysts, and developers.

Conduct risk assessments and develop mitigation strategies.

Ensure compliance with testing standards and best practices.

Review and analyze test results.

Prepare and present test reports.

Manage test environments and test data.

Conduct root cause analysis of defects.

Participate in project meetings and provide input on testing activities.

Ensure the quality and functionality of software products.

Develop and maintain testing documentation.

D365 F&O Experience.

Azure DevOps and / or tools similar.

Smartsheet and / or tools similar.

Experience working on large enterprise projects as a testing coordinator or role similar.

Ability and proven experience of coordinating and managing all testing activities for enterprise level projects.

Experience working cohesively with functional teams, subject matter experts, and technical teams.

Excellent working knowledge in Test Plan, Test Strategy, and Test Case Designs.

Need Excellent verbal / written communication to lead, instruct, and document clear / concise status reports to provide regular updates to stakeholders on testing status.

Able to work within the PST and / or CST time zone.
