local candidates strongly preferred Candidate will be required to come onsite to pick up laptop ON SITE REQUIRED : Candidates will be required to attend monthly meetings onsite in Richmond and AS NEEDED / Requested by Manager Needs a Project Coordinator to help organize and track work tasks for the Security Architecture team. Looking for a Project Coordinator to perform the following : Review vendor redlines and edits to cloud terms, ensuring compliance with COV security standards. Collaborate with vendors during contract negotiations to resolve disputes over redlined clauses and ensure favorable terms for the COV. Work closely with legal, procurement, and security teams to analyze contract changes and align them with COV policies. Ensure that cloud service agreements (SLAs, data protection agreements, etc meet security requirements such as data ownership, incident response, and business continuity. Maintain documentation of negotiation outcomes and decisions for future reference. Monitor and report on vendor compliance with agreed-upon security obligations. Stay informed on relevant security regulations, guidelines, and emerging cloud security trends. Experience with reviewing and negotiating security clauses in contracts, especially around data privacy, confidentiality, and service level agreements. Knowledge of relevant regulatory frameworks and standards(e.g. SOC 2, ISO 27001, NIST Strong attention to detail with the ability to identify potential security risks or gaps in contract language. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability tocollaborate with vendors and internal teams.
