Data Process Analyst

The Data Process Analyst plays a crucial role in implementing MHMR's Data Strategy and Vision, leveraging extensive knowledge of business processes and their interaction with data and analytics. This position coordinates data stewardship across the organization, collaborates with the Data Governance Council to establish uniform management processes, and assists data stewards in applying governance policies. This position will analyze information from multiple sources, resolve conflicts, and identify core user needs. Strong communication, analytical, negotiation, and problem-solving skills are essential to support the enterprise data management strategy.
Minimum qualifications :
Minimum Education : Bachelor's Degree in Technology, Business, Human Services, or Healthcare
Substitutions : Associate Degree and four (4) years' experience; High School Diploma / GED and six (6) years' experience
Two (2) years' Experience in Data Management, Healthcare, or a related field
