Regional Marketing Manager North America
The Regional Marketing Manager North America will be responsible for developing and executing marketing strategies that support regional growth initiatives across North America. Based at Camlin's Norcross, Atlanta office, this role will be accountable to support the North American leadership team and collaborates with the global marketing organization to deliver regionally focused brand, product/solution, and market-segment focused marketing initiatives that support commercial goals and objectives.
The ideal candidate is a creative and strategic thinker who is also highly execution-oriented with proven experience delivering high-impact marketing programs in B2B technical industries. Success in this role requires a passion for innovation and continuous improvement, strong organizational skills, and the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
This is a strategically important role for North America and is well suited for an ambitious, creative professional who thrives in a fast-paced environment and enjoys a broad, hands-on set of responsibilities.

Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related technical field that includes proven marketing experience.
- 5+ years of experience in B2B marketing, ideally within utilities, energy systems, industrial technology, or other technical sectors.
- Demonstrated success in developing regional marketing strategies and executing multi-channel campaigns.
- Experience managing trade shows, technical events, or industry conferences.
- Strong understanding of digital marketing tools, CRM/marketing automation platforms (e.g., HubSpot, Salesforce), and analytics.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Ability to travel across the region for events and team meetings (<20%).
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience working in global matrix organizations.
- Prior experience and knowledge of monitoring equipment, associated asset management software (SaaS solutions) and managed services offerings supporting the energy and utilities industry.
- Skills in content creation, graphic design, or media production are a plus.
