Responsibilities:
The therapist role is designed to provide group and individual therapy to clients within outpatient setting. Additionally, therapists have the primary responsibility for treatment and discharge planning, and interface with community agencies and referral sources throughout the client's course of treatment. As the PHP/IOP Therapist, this individual will have oversight of all social work functions for acute patients. This would include Psychosocial Assessments, Treatment Plans, Active Treatment, and Discharge Planning.

Qualifications Requirements:
Requires strong organizational and communication skills, working knowledge of personal computers, and ability to maintain confidentiality. Able to complete required clinical paperwork according to established protocol and regulatory agency requirements. Must be able to maintain professional and appropriate boundaries with clients and families. Ability to act professionally in high stress situations.

Education/Experience:
Master’s degree in a counseling related field, MSW, LCSW, LPCC, LPC, licensed or seeking licensure in the State of Colorado. One year of clinical experience working with adults.
