What we are looking for :
Minimum Requirements :
Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering, any discipline
2 years of logistics or manufacturing operational experience as well as experience in leading supervising, supervising, or managing others
Proven ability to lead and motivate a large organization to deliver business needs
Ability to effectively engage on the floor
Decisive, proactive and strategic in decision making
Strong analytical troubleshooting, problem-solving, and root cause identification skills
Effectively works across organization boundaries and with diverse teams
Self-motivated, organized, and able to learn new skills / technologies quickly
Excellent presentation, written, and verbal communication skills
Proficient in Microsoft Suite applications
Excellent interpersonal skills
Willingness to work a flexible schedule that most effectively supports the organization
Willingness to work off-shifts or weekends as needed
Additional skills and experience that we think would make someone successful in this role :
Prior people management experience in a high-performance work environment
