Position Purpose : Lead key strategic programs for the Marketing organization and assigned health plans. Drive strategy and lead best-in-class, insight driven marketing activities to drive impact at a local level. Guide and implement the annual marketing plans to drive provider engagement in the assigned territory in close partnership with the Health Plan marketing and leadership teams. Execute multichannel marketing activations relevant for the local communities that align with the investment and resource allocation plan.

• Serves as project leader for larger scale, cross-functional initiatives that are intended to network provider satisfaction and retention.
• Leads cross-functional work teams to accomplish marketing project work : including identification and confirmation of participants, establishment of a project plan, consistent work team engagement and productivity, meeting facilitation, consensus building, recommendation documentation and implementation oversight.
• Owns marketing relationships with health plans, working strategically to align business needs and goals to marketing activation in support of portfolio strategy.
• Prepares communications, reports, and presentations to all levels of the organization.
• Develops and adapts marketing content activations so that they are relevant to the provider audience.
• Provides other related supports as needed to improve the performance of the business.
• Provides thought leadership pertaining to current industry trends and recommends / incorporates into marketing strategy.
• Performs other duties as assigned
• Complies with all policies and standards

Education / Experience : Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Journalism, Business Administration, or related field required. Master’s degree preferred. 5+ years of marketing or communications experience in a healthcare industry required. Experience marketing to the provider audience a plus.

Pay Range : $86,000.00 - $154,700.00 per year

Actual pay will be adjusted based on an individual's skills, experience, education, and other job-related factors permitted by law.
