The Client
Harmonic are partnering exclusively with an innovative and rapidly growing marketing agency that specializes in scaling up challenger brands. This agency helps its clients grow intentionally through Video production, brand advisory and full-funnel creative strategies. With a boutique like approach, the agency provides premium services to a select group of ambitious brands, emphasizing collaboration, humility, and excellence. They work with brands that are passionate about making a positive impact and are committed to integrated marketing strategies.
Currently experiencing significant growth, this agency is projected to continue its upward trajectory and is seeking an Executive Creative Director to lead the creative vision and drive impactful, high-performance campaigns.
The Role
As the Executive Creative Director (ECD), you will be responsible for leading the agency’s creative direction and ensuring that all creative outputs align with client goals, drive business results, and push the boundaries of innovation. You will work hands-on with a talented team of creatives to develop and execute strategies that elevate brands and help them stand out in a competitive marketplace.
Key Responsibilities :
- Guide and shape creative strategies, bringing fresh insights to the team and developing breakthrough ideas that align with client goals and brand positioning.
- Develop 360-degree campaign ideas and scalable solutions that elevate the brand long-term. Balance large campaign concepts with performance media executions to maintain consistency and drive business growth.
- Ensure creative work meets the highest standards, from national campaigns to digital ad series, with a portfolio showcasing exceptional design and conceptual strength.
- Oversee and contribute to the creation of compelling, on-brand messaging across various formats, ensuring a consistent tone and impactful communication.
- Lead a diverse creative team, conducting daily standups and annual performance reviews, ensuring that each team member has a clear professional growth path.
- Continuously embrace new technologies, including AI, data, and market trends, to refine and evolve creative output.
