Position Overview :
A Product Marketing Director at MACOMparticipates with other senior leaders to establish strategic plans andobjectives. The Director makes final decisions on administrative or operationalmatters and ensures effective achievement of objectives.
Key Responsibilities :
Direct and control the activities of a broad functional area through several managers.
Involved in planning, staffing, budgeting, managing expense priorities, and recommending and implementing changes to methods.
Provide strategic direction and leadership for the functional area.
Ensure that budgets and schedules meet corporate requirements.
Regularly interact with executives and / or major customers.
Key Competencies & Skills Required :
Strong strategic thinking and leadership skills.
Ability to manage complex issues and provide innovative solutions.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
In-depth knowledge of the company and industry.
Required Qualifications and Experience :
Bachelor's degree in engineering, marketing, or related field.
15+ years of experience in product marketing.
The Salary Range for this position is $168,000 – $289,000 annually. Actual salary offered to candidate will depend on several factors, including but not limited to, work location, relevant candidates' experience, education, and specific knowledge, skills, and abilities.
