Marketing intern Jobs in Hialeah, FL

The Marketing Intern will support the Marketing & Innovation team through a structured, project-based internship focused on marketing strategy, consumer insights, and brand activation support. This role is designed to provide hands-on exposure to core marketing functions while contributing to a clearly defined project aligned with the company’s 2026 marketing priorities.

The intern will assist with research, analysis, and development of marketing materials, gaining experience in how insights are translated into strategic recommendations, portfolio innovation, and business decisions. This position emphasizes learning, collaboration, and professional skill development within a cross-functional marketing organization.

Accountabilities:

• Support a defined marketing project aligned to 2026 marketing priorities
• Assist with consumer, category, and competitive research and analysis
• Help synthesize insights into clear, actionable recommendations
• Support development of presentations, summaries, and marketing materials
• Participate in cross-functional meetings for learning and exposure
• Collaborate with the marketing team and assigned mentor

1 -Project – Aligned to 2026 Marketing Priorities, designed in consideration of the ~250 total hours and other demands. Project Scope –Focus Area, to be determined by Mento: Ex.

• 2026 Marketing Priority Insights & Activation Support
• Consumer & Shopper Insight Deep Dive
• Analyze trends and behaviors tied to a priority consumer segment
• Identify implications for marketing messaging and activation
• Marketing Activation & Storytelling Assessment
• Assess early-stage innovation concepts or platforms

Deliverables

• Insight summary (1–2 pages or slides)
• Strategic implications and recommendations
• Final 8–10 slide executive-ready presentation
• 15–20-minute readout to Marketing leadership and other select functional areas

• Currently pursuing a bachelor’s degree in marketing, Business, Analytics, Economics
• Coursework or exposure to marketing, consumer insights, strategy, or analytics
