We are looking for a proactive, forward-thinking Marketing Associate to join our team. The ideal individual combines technical skills, creative flair, and a detail-oriented mindset. A good eye for design, strong Adobe Creative Suite skills, and the ability to juggle multiple tasks efficiently are musts.
Key Responsibilities :

- Set up and configure webinars for flawless execution
- Coordinate webinar schedules, speaker logistics, and promotional timelines
- Provide technical assistance to webinar presenters and attendees, ensuring smooth audio / video streaming and platform accessibility
- Execute EDMs and social media campaigns to drive webinar registrations
- Utilize ON24 analytics to track and analyze webinar performance metrics (attendance rates, engagement levels, conversion rates)
- Continuously optimise webinar processes based on performance metrics and attendee feedback to enhance future effectiveness
- Collaborate with team members across product marketing and sales teams
