About the Role
We're looking for a client-facing, strategically minded Marketing Account Manager with a passion for multimedia and a strong foundation in B2B SaaS marketing. This is a client-facing role, and you will serve as the primary point of contact for clients and internal teams for your accounts in order to lead integrated, multimedia-driven marketing initiatives that drive awareness, engagement, and growth. You'll be responsible for developing and managing creative processes across video production, motion graphics, interactive content, and visual designensuring all deliverables align with client objectives and brand standards.
You'll work closely with our cross-functional internal teams (designers, video editors, content strategists, and developers) to translate complex B2B messaging into compelling, high-performing multimedia content. As a trusted advisor, you'll also guide clients through best practices in visual storytelling, content planning, and creative executionhelping them evolve their brand presence and effectively communicate their value in competitive markets.
The ideal candidate has hands-on experience managing multimedia campaigns and creative production processes in an agency or consulting environment. You're confident presenting creative concepts, navigating feedback loops, and providing strategic directionall while maintaining positive, productive client relationships. You understand the nuances of B2B SaaS marketing and bring a blend of strategic thinking, creative insight, and project management expertise to every engagement.
