Position Overview

We are seeking a proactive and detail-oriented Marketing Coordinator to support our marketing team. This role will assist in the execution of marketing initiatives and day-to-day operations, including scheduling content updates across digital platforms, supporting dealer and distributor brand needs, coordinating digital asset management, and contributing to broader campaign execution. The ideal candidate is organized, tech-savvy, and passionate about marketing operations.

Key Responsibilities :

Digital Content Scheduling

  • Coordinate and schedule content across web, email, and social media platforms in alignment with the marketing calendar.
  • Ensure timely updates and consistency across all channels.
  • Collaborate with content creators, designers, and stakeholders to maintain brand standards.

Dealer & Distributor Support

  • Serve as a point of contact for dealers and distributors seeking marketing assets or brand guidance.
  • Distribute product information, promotional content, and visual assets to partners as needed.
  • Assist in developing materials that empower partners to represent the brand accurately and effectively.
  • Track and manage requests to ensure timely and accurate fulfillment.

    • Asset Management

  • Ensure all marketing materials are up-to-date, properly categorized, and accessible to the team and partners.
  • Coordinate the distribution of assets for campaigns and promotions.

    • General Marketing Support :

  • Assist in the development and execution of marketing campaigns.
  • Conduct market research and compile competitive analyses.
  • Track and report on campaign performance metrics.
  • Help coordinate events, trade shows, and promotional activities.
  • Maintain marketing documentation, reports, and team schedules.

    • Qualifications :

  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or related field.
  • 1–3 years of experience in a marketing support or coordination role.
  • Strong organizational and project management skills.
  • Familiarity with CRM platforms, social media scheduling tools, and email marketing platforms.
  • Excellent communication skills and attention to detail.
  • Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.
