Position Summary

We are currently growing our Marketing team and are seeking a highly motivated, energetic Marketing Intern to work closely with the Marketing Director to support and enhance the company’s brand awareness, event management, social media presence and website maintenance. The ideal candidate will gain hands-on experience in marketing while contributing to strategic initiatives that increase brand visibility and engagement across our bank’s markets.

Principal Duties and Responsibilities

• Assist in the development and execution of marketing campaigns across multiple channels, including social media, email marketing, and online banking platforms.
• Support content creation and posting for the company’s social media accounts, ensuring alignment with brand strategy.
• Help maintain and update the company's website, ensuring content is current and relevant.
• Assist in planning, coordinating, and attending company-sponsored events.
• Assist with the production, inventory management, and distribution of marketing collateral and promotional materials.
• Help update the company’s intranet with marketing content and communications.
• Assist in developing internal and external communications to support brand initiatives.
• Conduct research on industry trends to identify new marketing opportunities.
• Provide administrative support for the marketing department as needed.
