Job description

Wolters Kluwer is a global leader in professional information services that combines deep domain knowledge with specialized technology. Our portfolio offers software tools coupled with content and services that customers need to make decisions with confidence. Every day, our customers make critical decisions to help save lives, improve the way we do business, build better judicial and regulatory systems. We help them get it right.

Who We Are : What We Offer :

The Digital Marketing Manager, CP & ESG role offers the opportunity to plan and implement key projects that will be truly impactful in the organization. Marketing Operations outside-of-the-box thinkers are strongly encouraged to apply. This segment is growing rapidly and is in need of an innovative and inspiring leader who can bring new ideas and positively lead the organization to greater success. This is a newly established team, offering growth potential as the team grows. Wolters Kluwer offers an engaging team environment, the ability to work a remote schedule, as well as amazing benefits.

Key Tasks :

  • Oversee the marketing automation processes, lead management, scoring, segmentation, nurture strategy & build.
  • Lead the account-based revenue / marketing strategy and technology
  • Strategize and implement global change management plans to ensure the successful rollout of new products or operational processes
  • Partner with key stakeholders to drive change management with minimal operational friction and ensure cross-functional cohesiveness
  • Contribute to the creation of guidance and best practices documentation
  • Establish a Community of Practice for Marketing operations and technology used for execution to ensure that Marketing campaigns and initiatives are feeding accurate data into our lead management and reporting frameworks
  • Establish a Community of Practice for the use of intent data to support pipeline development, own multiple sources of intent technology, and increase adoption of intent tools by sales and marketing by delivering enablement
  • Create and implement integrated strategies aligning sales and marketing activities aimed at improving the breadth, flow, conversion effectiveness, and velocity of leads in the revenue funnel
  • Manage sales & marketing technology platforms (e.g., SFDC, Demandbase, ZoomInfo, LeanData, LinkedIn Sales Navigator, Marketo, Asana) and identify new technologies to scale sales productivity and marketing effectiveness
  • Activate and lead change across complex and matrixed organizations
  • Act as subject matter expert (SME) to train marketing teams on tools & processes

You're a Great Fit if You Meet These Requirements :

  • 7+ years of experience in marketing / enablement / operations roles at B2B SaaS organizations driving large scale cross functional programs
  • 5+ years of deep technical knowledge of Marketo and Salesforce. Certifications and / or Administrative-level experience required
  • Skilled in installation of new processes and technologies to improve efficiency
  • Strong communication skills with proven ability to socialize, explain and “sell” new and complex strategies, practices, and workflows
  • Ability to multitask and project manage a heavy volume of work, supervising several projects in various stages
  • Ability to manage and operate in ambiguous and autonomous situations to solve challenges and problems
  • Who are we looking for?

  • The thinker whose north star is the art of the possible. Your intellectual curiosity finds creative solutions to opportunities, and you are not complacent with doing things “how it always has been done.”
  • The tinkerer who gets under the hood. You understand technical capabilities (and limitations) of enterprise tools, how data flows between systems, and downstream impacts of process changes.
  • The analyst who makes data-driven decisions. You identify patterns, spot outliers, and take action – you don’t wait for tasks to be assigned.
  • The team player who thrives through collaboration. You volunteer to take lead on projects and strive to make yourself and your colleagues better.
  • We are an incredibly supportive team that truly enjoys what we do and who we do it with. We play a key role within WK and assist in driving the daily success. If you have a passion for making a true difference within an organization, while working alongside a genuinely caring and supportive team, we highly encourage you to apply. #Bethedifference
