We are looking for a Marketing Manager. This is a direct hire opportunity based out of Santa Ana, CA (Onsite).

The client is currently seeking an exceptional Marketing Manager to support and develop a range of marketing initiatives and programs. This newly created role will be integral in shaping and implementing a range of marketing campaigns designed to create new and enhance existing connections with our customers.

If you have professional-level experience in marketing management with proven results in engaging, converting, and retaining customers; this position could be for you.

The Marketing Manager will have the drive and experience to make an impact by delivering key content and messaging through a range of marketing channels while driving customer engagement and conversion. This individual must be a self-starter, possess excellent follow-through skills, and could work well within a team. To be successful in this position, the optimal candidate will have a minimum of 3-5 years of professional B2B and / or B2C marketing experience, with at least 2 years in a managerial role, familiarity with Dynamics CRM and marketing automation tools a plus.

Qualifications :

• Proven work experience in executing marketing / digital marketing campaigns (minimum of 3 years).
• Bachelor's degree in marketing or related field.
• Practical working knowledge of marketing and digital marketing best practices.
• Experience with customer databases and database management within CRM systems.
• Excellent analytical and project management skills.
• An ability to multitask and perform under tight deadlines.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• After receipt of the conditional offer of employment, must be able to pass a drug screen / physical / background check.

Competencies :

Responsibilities :

Annual Base Salary Range for CA, CO, IL, NJ, NY, WA, and DC : $80,000 to $90,000. Actual compensation offered may vary depending on factors including but not limited to, position offered, location, education, training, and / or experience.
