Job descriptionDevelop and promote home health programs and services while maintaining the standards of practice consistent with quality healthcare and maximizing human, financial, and equipment resources. Identify target customers, set appointments, make effective qualifying sales calls, and manage sales to close new business in all service categories. Develop and maintain positive working relationships with existing and potential clients to generate potential new sales leads. Market the company at various events using promotional giveaways to obtain information from potential clients. Collaborate with marketing team to develop branding messages and ensure company standards are being met Performs other duties as required. Flexible weekend availability. High school graduate (college preferred) Excellent sales and customer service skills Excellent interpersonal and organizational skills Reliable transportation to work The ability to travel locally Experience in the health care arena is a plus Bilingual : English / Spanish required

Job Summary : Primary responsibility is to pitch the Agency’s services to potential customers and drive Agency brand awareness through face-to-face consumer interaction. The Marketing Assistant is considered as a liaison between the Agency and the community regarding community and customer needs. They maintain good relationships with vendors and venues promoting business expansion opportunities .
