We are looking for an administrative / marketing intern (compensated) in the Essex County New Jersey area who can work with our team on various tasks. He / she must be comfortable and personable. The ideal candidate has an acute attention to detail, good grammatical skills, organized, growth-minded, and willing to be a team player focused on the best outcome for our clients.

Job Duties :

• Create content for social media engagement for organization
• Handle and resolve subsidiary staff technical issues
• Weekly and monthly Reporting
• Process payroll and quarterly taxes (training provided)
• Handle and chair cross functional meetings
• Keep marketing director organized
• Support Showroom operations and executions
• Co-ordinate local show room and company executions
