Youll own the entire talent acquisition funnel from outreach and screening to closing and help us attract world-class marketers strategists and creatives who fit our culture of excellence.
What Youll Do
- Act as Jetfuels in-house headhunter : identify engage and convert top marketing talent across paid media creative strategy analytics and operations.
- Partner directly with department leads and leadership to define role profiles and success criteria.
- Develop and manage proactive sourcing pipelines using LinkedIn Recruiter referrals agency networks and competitor mapping.
- Create and optimize job postings that attract qualified candidates and reflect our culture.
- Conduct initial screens and coordinate structured interview loops ensuring consistency and candidate experience.
- Provide data-driven updates to leadership : pipeline velocity offer acceptance and quality of hire metrics.
- Maintain and continuously improve our candidate database (SmartRecruiters) tagging for future hiring cycles.
- Craft and deliver compelling outreach messages that sell the Jetfuel story.
- Support onboarding and hiring process refinement to ensure seamless transitions.
