Job Summary :

We are seeking a motivated Marketing Intern to help continue to bring our marketing efforts to life. The Marketing Intern will report to the Marketing Manager and work in collaboration with the sales team to generate new leads, opportunities, and revenue, as well as nurture our existing customer base. Please Note : This position is a 4-month internship, with the possibility for limited extension. The hours of work range 20-29 hours per week, based on hired individual's availability.

Job Overview :

We are seeking a motivated Marketing Intern to help continue to bring our marketing efforts to life. The Marketing Intern will report to the Marketing Director for AssetWorks and work in collaboration with other teams within the AssetWorks umbrella, including two tuck-in businesses, and .

Our team has the flexibility to be very hands-on, which means you will have a direct hand in influencing marketing tactics and organizational success. You'll also be able to learn from your team members as well as leaders in any of the 213 businesses under the Volaris Group umbrella.

Core Responsibilities :

• Work collaboratively with the Marketing Director to create, implement, and execute marketing strategies for AssetWorks and SoftChalk.
• Content creation and management; including but not limited to social media posts, blog posts, and email content for AssetWorks, SoftChalk, and WebCheckOut.
• Load content into appropriate systems (Hubspot, WordPress, Social Platforms)
• Event coordination for two user conferences (1 in-person, 1 virtual)
• Assist in the execution of digital events (Webinars, User Conferences) – virtual event platform set up, landing pages, emails and maintaining of attendee data
• Collaborate with several cross-functional teams such as sales, professional services, product management, and customer care team members to deliver consistent messaging and branding across all activities and departments.
• Work and partner with third-party vendors (Design, Content, Digital consultants / agencies) to ensure consistent branding and digital requirements.
• Assist in developing regular marketing reports
