The Manager Marketing Operations & Sales Enablement plays a key role within the Partner Enablement function driving operational excellence process standardization and technology optimization across Marketing and Sales Enablement initiatives. Reporting to the Director Retail & Partner Enablement this role ensures that the infrastructure tools and processes are in place to support seamless execution continuous improvement and measurable impact.

This leader will oversee a small but high-performing team and will serve as the central point of accountability for marketing systems vendor relationships and process innovation including the use of AI to increase efficiency and insight generation. The ideal candidate brings a balance of strategic thinking operational discipline and a hands-on approach to driving results.

Key Responsibilities :

Operational Strategy & Process Excellence

• Develop implement and continuously improve end-to-end processes that support Partner Enablement and broader Marketing execution.
• Identify opportunities to automate and simplify workflows enabling speed consistency and scalability across teams.
• Establish and document standard operating procedures and performance metrics to ensure clarity accountability and alignment across functions.
