Being a Senior Marketing Operations Manager at iManage means...
You will lead the development and execution of a scalable, data-driven marketing operations strategy, ensuring process efficiency, team alignment, and operational excellence across the marketing organization. You will oversee marketing technology, data, automation, and operational cadence, partnering closely with Marketing, Sales, and Revenue Operations to enable repeatable, high-impact marketing campaigns. You will play a key role in defining processes, driving cross-functional accountability (RACI), and managing operational rhythm as part of the Office of the CMO.
You will be joining and leading a team of high-performing marketers and continuing to foster an environment that promotes growth. You are process-driven and passionate about the technology that keeps our marketing team aligned with the business and functioning on a day-to-day basis.
iM Responsible For...
Marketing Operations, Technology & Process Optimization
- Defining and implementing the Marketing Operations, Technology, and Data strategy, ensuring automation and technology enhance efficiency and enable scalable execution in collaboration with Revenue Operations.
- Establishing and owning core marketing processes, ensuring a clear RACI framework across Marketing, Sales, and Revenue Operations.
- Leading end-to-end lead flow processes, working with Growth Marketing and Revenue Operations to optimize lead / account scoring, routing methodologies, and conversion metrics.
- Partnering with Marketing leaders to align technology and workflows to business objectives and customer outcomes.
- Overseeing marketing automation implementation, ensuring seamless integration with data warehouses and CRM systems in collaboration with Revenue Operations.
- Managing and continuously improving the marketing database, ensuring data consistency and governance across Marketing, Customer Success, and Revenue Operations.

The overall US annual base salary range for this position is $160,000 - $250,000. Individual compensation for each candidate depends on factors such as qualifications, experience, and candidate location. This range does not include additional forms of compensation, such as bonuses or benefits. Your recruiter will provide further details about the offer range, incentives, and overall compensation during the hiring process.
