Caterpillar's Rental & Used division is hiring a Marketing Program Analyst to oversee the administration of the Global Allied Vendor Program. This role involves direct interaction with both domestic and international vendors and dealers, requiring strong problem-solving abilities, issue adjudication, excellent communication skills, and effective program management. The ability to interface seamlessly with all levels of management is essential.Familiarity with Allied products (Non-Caterpillar), their applications and markets to assist Dealers in diversifying their rental fleet mix of products will also prove useful for an individual in this role.

What You Will Do :

• Collect and manage Allied Vendor RFQ pricing, commercial terms, quarterly reporting and vendor contact information.
• Plan and execute the Allied Vendor Product Fair and Reception.
• Support rental product training events, attend trade shows and vendor facilities as needed.
• Support team meetings and resolve issues with vendors and dealers.
• Onboard new vendors, including setting up as dealer suppliers and creating webpages.
• Train new vendor personnel on website usage and reporting sales.
• Maintain and update the website and relevant files.
• Review and compare annual Vendor RFQ pricing submission against corporate goals for cost reductions and improved commercial terms.

Summary Pay Range :

110,520.00 - $165,840.00
