Create landing pages and digital profiles for each new franchisee Deliver initial marketing and CRM training Personally guide new locations through Grand Opening marketing Serve as the go-to resource for marketing questions and feedback Own the Marketing & Promotional Calendar Lead the creation of campaign-specific plans (Pull, Sell, Escape, Step-Up) Support franchisees with local campaign planning, execution, and analysis Produce and approve branded templates and custom materials (flyers, social, print) Manage the Asset Bank and ensure access to brand-compliant content Track all requests for custom materials Lead monthly franchise marketing calls Provide local market strategy (audience, advertising, review management) Support with competitor analysis and budget allocation advice Train on CRM best practices and update documentation in the Operations Manual Ensure ongoing marketing education through portal content and updates Oversee CRM platform (Go High Level, Podium, or chosen system) Manage the website infrastructure, updates, and user access Maintain a secure login / password database for digital tools Ensure clear documentation of marketing flows and SOPs Create and send invoices for custom work and reviewing custom work. About the Role
We’re looking for a Marketing Field Specialist to help scale and support our franchisees’ marketing success. This person will be a hybrid strategist-doer, trainer, cheerleader, and system builder.
You’ll serve as the primary marketing resource for new and existing franchisees—supporting them from Initial Training to Grand Opening through ongoing campaigns and helping them grow locally with confidence.
