Revenue Marketing Senior Specialist

Our Corporate Global Marketing team strategizes and develops marketing programs to help prospective customers understand how Gartner's expert guidance and tools enable smarter decisions and stronger performance on an organization's mission critical priorities. The team accelerates sales activity by attracting, engaging, and converting prospects through the delivery of compelling Gartner insights and experiences across the buyer journey.

What we're looking for:

We're looking for a B2B Marketing Manager to join our Global Technology Sales (GTS) Marketing team focused on the Midsized Enterprise region. The ideal candidate would have a background in campaign management, channel strategies and sales enablement to drive lead acquisition and pipeline progression for new business and account expansion. To be successful, you must have a passion for customer-centric marketing, partnering closely with sales, and developing and innovating programs that resonate with our target audiences.

What You Will Do:

  • Support the regional Marketing Senior Director and team in executing integrated marketing strategies and campaigns to help drive firm revenue growth.
  • Assist in coordinating and implementing multi-channel marketing campaigns and content marketing programs aimed at generating leads and supporting sales efforts.
  • Work with centralized centers of excellence to help ensure smooth execution of assigned marketing activities.
  • Gather and organize input from product, research, and sales teams to help inform campaign messaging and tactics. Collaborate with other marketing team members to develop and distribute campaign content.
  • Draft clear, concise marketing messages and content, ensuring consistency across channels and formats.
  • Work with colleagues across business lines and regions to share marketing ideas and support integrated activities.
  • Track and report on marketing performance using established metrics and analytics. Share findings and suggest improvements to enhance campaign impact.
  • Support demand generation activities by helping communicate key messages and campaign details to the sales organization.
  • Build strong working relationships with sales teams and regional leaders.
  • Monitor KPIs and campaign metrics and assist in evaluating campaign effectiveness to inform future tactics.

What You Will Need:

  • Bachelor's degree in marketing, business, or a related field.
  • 35 years of relevant marketing experience, preferably in a B2B or large/global company environment.
  • Hands-on experience supporting and executing integrated marketing or demand generation programs; experience engaging executive-level audiences is a plus.
  • High attention to detail and strong problem-solving skills with consistent follow-through.
  • Advanced organizational and communication skills; able to manage multiple projects and collaborate with stakeholders.
  • Ability to adapt and work effectively in a fast-paced, dynamic, and collaborative environment.
  • Proficient with CRM (Salesforce), email management systems, data analytics platforms (Power BI, Google Analytics), and AI tools (Chat GPT, Notebook LM, Copilot).
  • Intermediate to advanced Excel skills (formulas, pivot tables) and strong PowerPoint capabilities.
  • Excellent English written and verbal communication skills.
  • Strong analytical skills and a data-driven mindset; able to interpret and present marketing data.

Gartner believes in fair and equitable pay. A reasonable estimate of the base salary range for this role is 64,000 USD - 87,000 USD. Please note that actual salaries may vary within the range, or be above or below the range, based on factors including, but not limited to, education, training, experience, professional achievement, business need, and location. In addition to base salary, employees will participate in either an annual bonus plan based on company and individual performance, or a role-based, uncapped sales incentive plan. Our talent acquisition team will provide the specific opportunity on our bonus or incentive programs to eligible candidates. We also offer market leading benefit programs including generous PTO, a 401k match up to $7,200 per year, the opportunity to purchase company stock at a discount, and more.
