The Red Hat Digital Marketing Strategy team is looking for a skilled, results-driven Digital Strategist to deliver an audience-first, end-to-end digital marketing program. Our team is highly collaborative and loves building conversion-focused digital experiences.

This role requires a holistic thinker and orchestrator that is able to connect the dots between the needs and requirements of stakeholders that align with the business’ financial goals. The Digital Strategist is responsible for understanding all digital touchpoints that our audience interacts with throughout their buying cycle and leveraging these points to their fullest effect to build a seamless and cohesive end-to-end digital experience that drives results.

We are looking for a Digital Strategist skilled at solutioning, who is creative yet methodical, and has the ability to confidently articulate a point of view. Always the strategic voice in the room, this person is excited about unlocking the potential of digital marketing.

This role closely collaborates with teams across all digital disciplines including architecture, nurture, optimization, content strategy, SEO, UX design and development, as well as a variety of product stakeholders.

What you will do :

Lead development of end-to-end digital experiences that not only deliver measurable results, but are scalable across the organization

Own end-to-end accountability of digital strategies and performance for specific areas of the business

Develop and optimize digital marketing plans that connect tactics, content, and marketing technology

Manage prioritization for dedicated working teams to deliver solutions and optimizations based on campaign and business metrics

Collaborate with various internal teams to create and deliver best-in-class audience journeys

Champion team’s audience-first approach to digital that ensures segmentation is a core element in all programs and tactics

Ability to circumvent competing priorities with sound solutions that benefit stakeholders and deliver optimal digital experiences for prospects and customers

What you will bring :

10+ years of digital marketing experience

Experience in demand / lead generation strongly preferred

Experience in B2B IT / Technology marketing or marketing automation strongly preferred (e.g. adobe, marketo)

Experience developing digital briefs, business requirements, and strategic frameworks for programs, campaigns, messaging / content

Thorough understanding of digital touchpoints and channels

Strong strategic thinking ability

Exceptional listener and problem solver

Excellent prioritization skills, especially in a fast-paced, cross-functional environment with multiple projects and priorities that can change

Exceptional communication skills

Proven experience with digital marketing metrics and optimization of marketing mix

Highly organized and detail oriented with a focus on process efficiency

Willingness to work within an open culture, where meritocracy and leading by bringing others along are required

Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field

The salary range for this position is $106,910.00 - $176,470.00. Actual offer will be based on your qualifications.

Pay Transparency

Red Hat determines compensation based on several factors including but not limited to job location, experience, applicable skills and training, external market value, and internal pay equity. Annual salary is one component of Red Hat’s compensation package. This position may also be eligible for bonus, commission, and / or equity. For positions with Remote-US locations, the actual salary range for the position may differ based on location but will be commensurate with job duties and relevant work experience.
