We specialize in helping truckers and fleet owners keep their vehicles running smoothly with fast, honest, and expert service. We're currently seeking a Commercial Truck Service Writer to join our growing team and help deliver top-tier customer support.
Job Summary :
As a Service Writer , you'll be the first point of contact for service customers. You'll help schedule repairs, write up service orders, and communicate between the customer and our service technicians to make sure jobs are completed accurately and on time.
Key Responsibilities :
- Greet customers and assess their service needs
- Open repair orders and gather all necessary vehicle and customer information
- Coordinate with technicians to ensure proper diagnostics and repair timelines
- Keep customers informed of repair status and estimated completion times
- Review completed work with customers and close out service tickets
- Handle warranty claims and coordinate parts needs with the parts department
- Maintain clear and accurate service records
