As a family support and visitation specialist, you will provide resources and assist families. You will be providing resources such as housing, healthcare and education services.

Primary Responsibilities :

• Provide written and / or oral communication with referral sources on a weekly basis
• Maintain a caseload of clients
• Follow the NE DHHS guidelines
• Provide transportation to clients as authorized and necessary
