Position : Family TherapistLocation : Phoenix, AZSchedule : Part-Time, Full-TimeSetting : Residential Treatment CenterCompensation : $70,000 - $90,000 per yearBenefits : Medical, Dental, and Vision Insurance Paid Time Off (PTO) and Sick Leave 401(k) with Matching Tuition Reimbursement Gym & Yoga Membership Reimbursement Life Insurance Referral Program Health Savings Account (HSA) Professional Development Assistance A Day in the Life : Conduct two structured family therapy sessions per week for each client : One session with parents only to provide education, support, and coaching One session with adolescents and parents to improve communication and address relational dynamics Facilitate a bi-weekly group family coaching session, incorporating psychoeducation, skill-building, and peer support Utilize evidence-based approaches such as Family Systems Therapy, Emotionally Focused Family Therapy (EFFT), Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), and Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT) Provide parent coaching and education on topics such as communication strategies, boundary setting, emotional regulation, and relapse prevention Collaborate with clinical teams and case managers to ensure family therapy aligns with each client's treatment plan Support successful transitions and aftercare planning for families Maintain timely and accurate progress notes, treatment plans, and family session documentation in accordance with state regulations and Joint Commission standards Participate in interdisciplinary team meetings to review client progress and adjust therapeutic interventions as needed Why Work With Us?We are committed to helping adolescents and families navigate mental health challenges and build stronger relationships.
