Full-Time Position for Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT) in Tacoma, WA

Are you a skilled therapist who enjoys guiding individuals, couples, and families through life’s most complex challenges? We are looking for a dedicated Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist to join our compassionate team.

Who We Are : Our counseling center focuses on fostering mental wellness by providing personalized therapy to individuals, couples, and families. We create a collaborative and supportive environment to help clients achieve lasting change.

Position Details :

Type : Full-Time
Schedule : Monday to Friday, 9 AM to 5 PM

Responsibilities :

Provide therapy to individuals, couples, and families.

Develop personalized treatment plans to address client needs.

Use a range of therapeutic techniques to help clients thrive.

Work collaboratively with the team to ensure holistic care.

Document treatment progress and maintain accurate records.

Compensation : $90k - $110k annually, with comprehensive benefits.

Requirements

Qualifications :

Master’s or Doctorate in Marriage and Family Therapy or related field.

Current LMFT license in Washington.

Experience with diverse populations.

Strong interpersonal skills and a collaborative approach.

A commitment to ethical practices and ongoing professional growth.
