As a Massage Therapist, you will provide the highest standards of Massage Therapy, relaxation treatments and recommendations for home care, daily operational procedures, and overall excellent client care, creating a feeling of rest and relaxation for our guests, resulting in high retention and increased treatment and retail sales.

Built in 1893, The Pfister Hotel in Milwaukee has been a hotel icon for nearly 130 years. As one of the best hotels in Milwaukee and the Midwest, we continue to celebrate a grand tradition of gracious service and impeccable style. The Pfister Hotel has received AAA Four Diamond hotel status for 46 consecutive years. What you will be doing :

• Provide exceptional treatments as part of the Well Spa team, ensuring a nurturing and safe environment for guest relaxation and well-being.
• Maintain complete guest privacy and confidentiality.
• Ensure spa cleanliness, tidiness, and safety, adhering to state sanitation standards.
• Restock rooms with linens, products, and setup for the next day and follow opening and closing procedures.
• Update and maintain guest records to meet high performance standards.
• Attend product knowledge and service training sessions provided by Well Spa.
• Assist with treatment room and bathroom housekeeping duties.
• Efficiently sell Well Spa product lines to guests and provide guests with prescription cards for product recommendations and service repeats, informing them about website reorders and service descriptions.
