FT or PT positions available, competitive commission and pay available, apply today!. Massage Therapists at the Milagro Spa are responsible for providing exceptional massage and specialty body treatments to promote relaxation, overall wellness, and rejuvenation. This role requires a high level of expertise in various massage techniques and the ability to deliver personalized experiences tailored to each client's needs and preferences. In addition to providing massages, the Massage Therapist at Milagro will also perform specialty body treatments such as wraps and scrubs, utilizing luxurious products to enhance the spa experience. The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills, a strong knowledge of massage, and a passion for well-being. We strive to provide a five-star customer experience to our discerning clientele and seek like-minded individuals to advance our mission.  Requirements and Qualifications :

• Massage Therapy License (Acredited Massage School certification & / or MBlex certification accepted)
• Relevant Experience Preferred
• Profound understanding various massage techniques, and willingness to train on our Milagro Spa protocols and techniques.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to interact effectively with clients and address their concerns
• Adherence to a high standard of professionalism and ethical conduct
• Ability to work evenings, weekends and holidays as needed
• Follow Spa service protocols
• Knowledge of Spa and Genesis Health Club policies
• Maintenance of client documentation
• Attend training, education, meetings and events
• Keep work space clean, organized and stocked with with proper supplies
• Strive to meet service and retail goals
