Create personalized exercise programs utilizing the GYMGUYZ Fitness App tailored to each client's needs and preferences. Conduct initial assessments and close initial sales. Mentor Personal Trainers on the team. Perform Reassessments and close renewal sales. Drive new business through various marketing efforts. Promote the GYMGUYZ brand to prospective individual and business clients. Drive to and from client training sessions. Maintain appointments in scheduling app. Attend monthly team meetings and other duties as assigned. Nationally recognized personal training certification (e.g., ISSA, NASM, ACE, ACSM). CPR / AED certification. Previous sales experience in the fitness industry. Demonstrated knowledge of exercise physiology, anatomy, and nutrition. Willingness to travel to clients' homes and work flexible hours. Team player or collaborative with others. Strong communication and interpersonal skills. Sales experience Preferred
