We are seeking a skilled Plumber to install, repair, and maintain piping systems and plumbing fixtures. The ideal candidate will be responsible for ensuring the proper functioning of all plumbing-related systems and fixtures, including sinks, toilets, showers, emergency eye-washes, and specialized laboratory equipment. Must be also able to work on kitchen plumbing.
Responsibilities
Install, repair, and maintain piping systems and plumbing fixtures.
Inspect connections and other parts for leaks; replace defective pipes and solder and / or caulk leaks and broken pipes.
Cut, bend, and thread pipe; fit valves and couplings to pipe sections by screwing, bolting, or soldering.
Install and repair plumbing fixtures such as sinks, toilets, showers, emergency eye-washes, and specialized laboratory equipment.
Repair autoclaves and other sterilizing equipment, hot water units, and gas heaters; ensure safe operation.
Assist in estimating and maintaining required time and material records for each job.
Utilize PPE and protect job sites from sewer line discharge / spillage.
Perform other duties as assigned, including working on plumbing systems, electrical systems, and control systems.

Work Environment
You will be working Monday to Friday from 7 am to 4 pm most days, with occasional overtime when necessary. The role is based in a corporate environment, ensuring a professional setting for your daily tasks.
Job Type & Location
This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Plano, Texas.
Schedule 6 am-4 pm M-F
Pay and Benefits
The pay range for this position is $26.00 - $35.00 / hr.
