Job Overview : We are looking for a motivated Solar Sales Appointment Setter to join our dynamic team. This role involves driving sales and promoting our solar panel systems to residential and commercial clients, playing a key part in our mission to expand the adoption of solar energy. Hourly + commission based role. $100,000+ commission earning opportunity!
Key Responsibilities :
- Drive sales growth by identifying and targeting potential customers through designated retail channel.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with customers, understanding their needs and offering tailored solutions to meet their energy and storage requirements.
- Present and demonstrate product features, benefits, and pricing to prospective customers, effectively conveying the value of the company’s offerings.
- Achieve and exceed individual and team sales targets, contributing to the overall success of the sales department.
- Responsible for scheduling appointments and expanding the UTD NRG customer base.
- Maintain accurate records of sales activities, customer interactions, and sales pipeline.
