Job Description: Patient Account Specialist-Central Scheduler: Tuesday- Saturday shift(Tuesday-Friday 8:A-5:P)—(Saturday 8:A-4:P) $.-$./hour
The Patient Account Specialist Central Scheduler handles outgoing customer calls to assist patients with registration, including scheduling upcoming procedures, and processing surgery payments. This role involves close collaboration with medical insurance companies to verify policy information. This is an on-site call center position.
Experience:
2+ years acute care medical office and registration insurance verification experience preferred. Bilingual preferred.
Education:
High School or equivalent.
