What we are looking for

We are looking for a Scheduler to join our Revenue Cycle team. In this role, you’ll help streamline and optimize scheduling processes to drive efficiency and enhance service for our business and client partners. Reporting directly to the Director of Patient Services, you’ll work closely with cross-functional teams to develop and refine scheduling workflows that deliver valuable solutions to our clients.

As a key member of the Revenue Cycle team, your contributions will extend beyond immediate tasks. Your insights and feedback will be vital in enhancing how we support both the organization and our partners. As you deepen your knowledge of our business and internal systems, your responsibilities will grow, giving you the opportunity to make a lasting impact on our organization.

Your responsibilities

• Handle daily inbound calls from patients to schedule exams across all radiology modalities and special procedures.
• Make outbound calls to patients and / or referring physicians' offices as needed.
• Ensure orders, authorizations, and special instructions are accurate and up-to-date.
• Verify patient information, including demographics, financial details, and insurance coverage.
• Collect insurance details and verify benefits to support seamless scheduling and billing processes.
