Epic Travel Staffing is hiring a  Travel - LMSW (Licensed Masters of Social Worker) Shift :  Nights  /  6p-6a (12x3) 36 hours per week Length : 13 weeks Requirements :

• IN License and cert must be in hand
• 2 years minimum experience
• High Risk Intervention Patient Vulnerability or Safety Risk, Knowledge of Cultural Issues, NASW Code of Ethics / Standards of Home Health Care, Child Protective Services Required
• Assessment Experience- Biopsychosocial Assessment, Conduct Initial Evaluation, Develop Plan of Care
• CPI, CSW, MSW Required
• Work Setting Experience- Acute Care preferred
• LCSW Preferred
