Key Responsibilities :

Adhere to all safety requirements and wear appropriate (PPE) Personal Protection Equipment

Unload Trailers, stage kits & or parts in the appropriate / designated locations

Remove empties from the Point of Use

Replenish Point of use with the appropriate kits at the right place and the right time

Create Inbound manifest and track swim lane health and follow up with corrective actions

Act as first response to the line for parts not delivered to point of use and determine best ordering method to deliver parts

Execute daily walks with the 3PL to ensure parts are picked on time and in point of use when required

Perform end of shift review with 3PL to ensure preparedness for the following morning

Work with warehouse to ensure delivery of emergency orders

Ability to work with multiple priorities of the business

Ability to work overtime and beyond 40 hours when needed to support production

Required Qualifications :

High School Diploma or GED

6+ months of manufacturing material handling experience with Carrier

Must possess or be able to pass a Certified Powered Industrial Vehicle (PIV) Driver certification

Capable of climbing ladders or using other lift equipment over 8 feet above grade and capable of lifting items up to 50lbs.

Preferred Qualifications :

Experience in a high volume distribution environment

Ability to work effectively in a team environment

Strong organizational skills

Excellent attention to detail and accuracy

Ability to follow procedures, best practices, and report unsafe and unprofessional behavior
