Expert within material control system such as MRP / SAP systems. Expertise across professional disciplines within material management function. Ability to influence and collaborate with all levels of the organization. Mentor new leaders or peers. Significant experience in materials management.

Master the activities related to the purchase of material, material planning, production planning, inventory control, shipping / receiving and stores functions within Honeywell Aerospace. You are the partner in developing STRAP and will have thorough understanding of multiple work streams, develop, and measurably improve the processes of material management. You will provide guidance and coaching to direct and / or indirect reports. You are to lead complex, global, project teams within the business.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead Tempe Repair and Overhaul Materials Team.
- Optimize Material management procedures.
- Ownership and Improvement of Operating System Maturity.
- Monitor material plans in alignment with demand and financial requirements.
- Manage coordination of recovery plans between procurement and the production schedule.
- Engaged in SIOP process / key focus on inventory management.
- Develop talent on the team.
- Health, Safety, and Environment compliance.
- Deliver on ISC and GBE business objectives.
- Lead team to deliver on KPIs.
